CINEMATIC FILM TRAILER (see notes)

FreshCrewStudios Imagineers will create a signature cinematic trailer from footage filmed on your special day, with royalty-free music.

A beautiful and highly watchable memory showcasing key moments from your special day, which is typically 2-3 mins in duration.

Ideal for sharing with friends on social networks such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Vero etc. Trailers are fun and designed to showcase key moments, which are great to watch again and again.

Production Time: Allow up to 20 working days.

FRESHCREWSTUDIOS SIGNATURE EDIT - £ P.O.A

Your special day such as a wedding ceremony or special event edited into a narrative story told our way.  A professionally edited cinematic film, colour graded, with your own signature opening titles, rendered in high definition, end crawl (credits) with a quality royalty-free soundtrack.

Typically 20-30 mins in duration including the first dance only. This package comes with up to 2 preview/edits.

Perfect to watch with friends or family around the widescreen TV, or to share online so friends and family overseas can watch the magic.  Grab some popcorn, a box of tissues, and enjoy the moments retold in your very own production.

Production Time: Allow up to 28 working days.

SERVICE, SPEECHES, KEY EVENTS EDIT - £ P.O.A

In addition to the Signature Edit above. Your special day, such as a wedding ceremony, with speeches and key moments are filmed in real-time from multiple camera angles. (see notes)
Watch the most important parts of your special day, as they happened, from a different POV (point of view).
If we didn't include the embarrassing and fun parts of your best man's speech, or the magical moment you said “I do”, or fun that was happening behind the scenes in our trailer or signature edit, you'll see everything we did capture in this edit.

Typically 30-45 mins in duration, and edited with multiple camera angles to capture the action as it unfolded on the day. This package comes with up to 2 preview/edits.

Production Time: Allow up to 28 working days. Please note Additional preview and/or edit requests above those included in this package may impact editing and delivery time. 

PANDORA'S EDIT - £ P.O.A.

An edit to seriously think about, as it could cause years of grief, as well as years of fun!  This edit covers the items most companies remove from their productions. Like the Mother-in-law bad mouthing the bride's dress, eyeball rolls during the speeches, or people watching content on their phones when they should be paying attention to you.  This edit will only be available if the content is longer than 90 seconds (1.5 minutes) and does not contain audible profanity. If you would like Pandora's Edit included in your package please let us know. Once we establish there is sufficient content we will let you know.  Payment will then be included in the final fees due.

Duration: Typically no more than 4-5 minutes, and not less than 90 seconds.

Production Time: An additional day or two on top of any package chosen.

Additional Options:

ADD-ON-1 :  Additional preview and editorial input above the those included in each package - £100 per each additional preview/edit request.

ADD-ON-2 :  Personal choice of presentation box set. Subject to availability, and an additional delivery time of up to 10 - 15 days above the normal turnaround time - £90 - £150 (see notes)

ADD-ON-3 :  Aerial imagery/filming in 4K by a fully trained and licensed drone pilot (where permitted and safe to do so) can be included in all or our packages.  Pricing upon application. 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS, EVENTS, AND PARTIES

Please contact us for a tailored quote for all filming requirements that are overseas, or where an event will require non-standard travel or may require hotel room bookings.

NOTES: 

The Cinematic Film Trailer is included with every package unless otherwise requested.

Multiple camera angles are subject to access and can be impacted by events outside of our crew's control. We will make every endeavour to capture as much action on the day, but do not guarantee to do so. 

Lavalier (clip) microphones will be used, where possible, for speeches.  This will require approval in some instances from the venue or the official responsible for the ceremony.

The Director has the final word on any creative decisions. We do not guarantee to capture every moment of the day, especially where un-scheduled activities take place and we have not been informed of them, or where early access is not permitted, restricted or on the day refused.  Every endeavour to cover client requests will be made, however, FreshCrewStudios shall not be held responsible for unforeseen changes, last minute requests, or weather conditions that prevent filming or entry to areas to be filmed in.

A cinematic (black bars) version will be created for all packages unless otherwise requested. 

DVD's and Blu-Ray versions are not provided.  We provide the final production on a USB Memory Stick, which is sent in a presentation box you can proudly display.
